  • Food Safety Plan

    Our Food Safety Plan is in accordance with 21 CFR 117.126 and maintains the highest control standards for sanitation, allergens, food defense, and contamination, as well as preventative and In-process controls and record keeping. Food safety is our number one priority at Vita Pros and is essential for building brands that consumers trust.

  • Sanitation

    Our Sanitation Program is in accordance with 21 CFR Part 111 and is designed to prevent contamination by establishing controls for cross-contamination, pests, allergens, and microbes.

  • Raw Material Release

    Our supplier verification program ensures every raw material is sourced from a reputable manufacturer. Each ingredient received is tested for Identity and Potency (if applicable) and released to production by Quality.

  • Manufacturing

    We utilize unique Master Production Records for each product produced to ensure the batch meets the Finished Product Specification. In-process controls are implemented through every step of the process to maintain consistent quality throughout each batch.

  • Finished Product Release

    Each batch is tested to ensure it meets the Finished Product Specifications for identity, potency, purity, and composition. Batch accountability, organoleptic testing, analytical testing, contaminant testing, and documentation review are conducted prior to issuance of a Certificate of Analysis (COA)
